A18 Motorcycle Tyres reserve the right to change advertised prices, product specifications and availability without prior notice or obligation.

When purchasing goods from this website, you are entering a legally binding contract.

All contracts between A18 Motorcycle Tyres and the Customer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the Customer submits to the jurisdiction of the High Court of Justice in England, but A18 Motorcycle Tyres may enforce any such contract in any court of competent jurisdiction.

A18 Motorcycle Tyres do not sell or otherwise distribute customer details to third parties other than those directly involve in supply of goods ordered.

A18 Motorcycle Tyres only deliver goods to the United Kingdom mainland. If you purchase goods and your address is not in the United Kingdom mainland then you will be charged a 10% administration fee and the remainder of your monies will be credited to the account used to pay for the goods.

If you order the wrong product and you want to return it then there will be a 25% handling charge deducted from your refund.

If you order the wrong product and you want to exchange it then there will be a 15% handling charge.

Non-faulty goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt for refund of purchase price. They must be unused, in their original packaging, undamaged and suitable for resale when received by us with all the carriage charges paid in full.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
